T.J. Metrovich

Founder

​

T.J. began his journey into CPM via the Big 4 world of accounting and auditing.  Leveraging those core accounting fundamentals, T.J. implemented his first CPM solution in 1999, founded GID Solutions in 2005, and has focused 100% on OneStream since 2016.   With extensive experience in consolidations, planning, and reporting, T.J. is passionate about leveraging the power and flexibility of the OneStream platform to solve the complex business problems today’s CFOs and Controllers face.

Steve Augsburger

Planning and Analysis Practice Leader

Steve has over 10 years experience with corporate finance organizations across multiple Fortune 500 and 1000 companies.  He has held various roles in FP&A organizations partnering with and advising business leaders.  He has also designed, built, supported, and administered CPM solutions as an internal employee and as an external consultant.

Matt Parrish

Close and Consolidation Practice Lead

Matt has over 20 years experience in delivering financial consolidation and management reporting solutions for global Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, financial services, and pharmaceutical industries.  Matt has cross-functional experience leading CPM projects and building partnerships with Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, and Tax, while managing project delivery in compliance within an SDLC framework.  Matt has also managed a global support organization with onshore, near shore, and offshore resources ensuring adherence to agreed upon service level agreements.  Matt is a trusted partner and advocate for customer success.
